Assessment fees are non-refundable

Success fees reflect work performed, not permanent control of third-party content

Refunds, where applicable, are governed strictly by the signed agreement

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

Confirm authority to request review or intervention

Act in good faith throughout the engagement

Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorised claims may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
